What is Beta Sigma Phi?

Beta Sigma Phi is an international friendship organisation for women from all walks of life to share in cultural and social experiences.

Originating in the United States in 1931, Beta Sigma Phi is a non political, non sectarian organisation which has expanded to over 30 countries with over 200,000 active members.

Our motto is life, learning and friendship (beta, sigma, phi) and we certainly experience this in our Queensland Chapters!

Each Queensland chapter runs things a little differently, some meet in members homes, others meet in Cafe's but we all share a love of life, a desire to help our community and most of all we enjoy each others company.

We organise social and cultural events, and would love to welcome new members to attend these.

In addition, as a world-wide organisation we can put members in touch with sister organisations around the world. If you're planning on travelling, Beta Sigma Phi is a great way to meet new friends whilst you do so!
